4 New York City residents accused of using fake money at Target, other retailers

NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH, Mass. ? Four New York City residents are charged in Massachusetts in a scheme in which they bought thousands of dollars' worth of electronics with counterfeit $100 bills, then returned the items for cash, police say.
